Recently, Sweeney has come under severe scrutiny from trolls after being body-shamed and told things like “she’s not quite a supermodel.”
On the 13th of December, she at trolls in a video exposing a large majority of people who thought it was ok to body shame her.
The 27-year-old has proved she has been working hard to maintain her physique for her in a biopic about Christy Martin aka “The Female Rocky”.
In a bid to prove the shamers wrong, she decided to post carousel on social media showing she is not “frumpy” or “ugly” like some are proclaiming.
The actress can be seen standing on a rooftop wearing jeans and nothing but an opened cardigan revealing her bare chest.
Despite all this hatred Sweeney seems to accumulate she has insisted that filming nude scenes for her fans.
While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, she added that people often forget she is just playing a character in her movie and TV roles.
“People forget that I’m playing a character,” she said.
“They think, ‘Oh, she gets naked onscreen, she’s a sex symbol,’” she added.
